Race for the Cure T Shirt Contest
March 9, 2010T-shirt Contest! Get Your Creative Juices Flowing!
We’re all used to seeing folks sport great T-shirts at events like the Susan G Komen Greater Roanoke Race for the Cure. That creativity could really pay off at our event this year: we will be recognizing the T-shirt with the Most Unique Design and the T-shirt with the Most Creative Slogan.
On Race Day, we’ll have judges circulating through the crowd to select one winner in each of these two categories. The participant or team who wins in each category will receive:
• Recognition on stage during the Race day closing ceremonies
• An official photo taken by one of our Race photographers, which will be sent to the winner(s)
• Your team (or individual) photo posted on the Komen website
• As VIPs, complimentary ticket(s) to the pre-race event prior to the 2011 Race for the Cure
So release your inner artist and/or wordsmith and let’s see some wonderful T-shirts at this inaugural Race for the Cure.
