Race Deadlines and Information
Race Online Registration Deadline, Packet Pickup
March 31, 2010
Online Registration will end on April 7, 2010 at 11:30 pm!
But don't worry after that date you can still register by paper! Paper registrations must be postmarked no later than Thursday, April 1st.
Registration will also be available during packet pick-up on Friday April 9, 2010 from 12:00pm to 7:00pm, and Race morning untill 6:30am thru 8:00am!
Packet Pickup Information:
Team packet pick up is 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM...Thursday April 1 Lewis Gale Medical Center at the Education Center.
Directions to Lewis Gale
From I-81: Exit south on Route 419 (Exit 141, Electric Road) and proceed approximately five miles. Turn left onto Braeburn Drive; turn right into hospital entrance.
From 220: Exit at Franklin Rd/Electric Rd. Take Rt 419-North, Electric Rd. (Tanglewood Mall will be on your right). Proceed approximately four miles to hospital. Turn right onto Braeburn Drive; turn right into hospital entrance.
Individual packet pick up is noon - 7 PM...Friday April 9 at Roanoke County's Green Hill Park at the site of the Race. Specific location is at the end of the Polo field by the permanent stage.
Directions to Green Hill Park: From Interstate 81, take exit 137. Turn right onto Wildwood Road at end of ramp. Go to the traffic signal and turn right onto West Main Street. Proceed to the third traffic signal and turn left onto Diuguids Lane. Cross railroad tracks and the Roanoke River. Park entrance is a short distance on the right.
For those not able to pick them up in advance packet pick up is also available on Race day between 6:30 and 8:00 am.
